My roots are in sports — shooting college basketball and working my way to the New York Knicks, learning to move fast, think on my feet, and find the moment that matters when there's no second take.
That instinct still shapes everything I make, but it was only the start. Vanderbilt is where it came together. My time in higher ed bridged the gap on so much of what I know now — it pushed me from run-and-gun shooter into a director who builds a story from conception, and it's where I won a 2025 Emmy for a brand campaign I conceived, shot, and cut end to end.
It also showed me where I want to live creatively: telling stories for universities, brands, and clients who appreciate a fresh perspective.
Today that's the core of my work. I direct and edit brand films and documentaries for universities, companies, and sports organizations — the through line is always storytelling, whatever the format. I also shoot photography, from live performances to portraits.
Whatever the project, I'm chasing the same thing every time: a real story, honestly told.

The mindset behind every frame, shaped by curiosity and intention.
